The second phase of the clubhouse refresh, painting the interior, will begin on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, and conclude approximately 10-14 days later. A contractor will paint the baseboards, crown molding, and trim around the windows bright white. A different contractor will remove the shutters, take them off-site, and paint them in matching bright white. The walls in the bathrooms, entry, and meeting room will be painted a light grey, and the gym walls will be painted a bright blue green color. We will close the gym on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 14th and 15th, for painting. About a week later, we will close the gym again for two days while our contractor paints the entry area. We hope to have the entire painting project completed no later than February 28, 2023. We will place notices on the clubhouse door regarding daily closures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We anticipate the third and final phase, replacing the existing community room furniture with a new Ethan-Allen furniture suite, will occur in mid-March.
