Dear Potomac Greens Residents,

We completed the second phase of the Clubhouse refresh, painting the interior, on March 2, 2023, when the freshly painted shutters were re-installed (see photos). We will begin the third phase of the Clubhouse refresh, replacing the meeting room furniture, on March 18, 2023. We

are donating the existing meeting room furniture to a local charity (Alive Inc). Volunteers from Alive Inc will pick up the donated furniture and provide it to Alexandria families in need. Ethan- Allen will deliver the new tables, chairs, and ottomans on March 22, 2023.

The meeting room will be unavailable to our residents from March 17-22 during the furniture swap out; however, the gym will remain open. The meeting room will reopen on March 23, 2023, for the Potomac Greens HOA Board meeting. We apologize for any inconvenience the short closure may cause.
