The first phase of the Clubhouse refresh will begin on Saturday, January 28, 2023, and will conclude on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  This phase will refresh the kitchen area of the community meeting room. The existing lower cabinets will be replaced with white, shaker style cabinets and the island will be removed. The contractor will then install a white quartz countertop and full-height backsplash.  The stone under the television will be replaced with matching white quartz.  Lastly, the wine refrigerators will be removed and replaced with a 5.6 cubic foot under-counter refrigerator.  The meeting room will be unavailable while the work is in progress.

The second phase includes painting the entire interior of the clubhouse including the plantation shutters. The third phase will see the existing community room furniture replaced with a new Ethan-Allen furniture suite. We will announce these dates of phases 2 and 3 as the dates firm up.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
