As the partial government shutdown enters its second month, many in our community are on furlough and are not currently being paid. If you are impacted and need payment flexibility on your HOA dues, the Board has authorized Sentry to work with impacted homeowners to pause required payments and waive late fees until the shutdown is over and back pay is released. This policy applies to impacted federal workers and contractors.
