You can mail your payment to: Potomac Greens HOA, PO Box 105302, Atlanta, GA 30348-5302 or online by visiting www.sentrymgt.com. Please remember to include your coupon with your payment. If you do not have a coupon and know your account number, please make sure it is written on your check.

What can I do if I do not want the landscaping company to address my yard?
Blue flags, or reflectors are available to place in your yard. Please contact Alexander Ciccarelli at aciccarelli@sentrymgt.com if you would like one.
Will the landscaping company replace dead shrubs in my yard?
The landscape company will remove dead bushes or shrubs but it’s up to the homeowner to replace them.
Who is responsible for the brick sidewalk?
The City of Alexandria is responsible for maintenance and repair of the brick sidewalk throughout the community. If you need to report any repairs that may be needed, you may report online on the City of Alexandria website. You may also report potholes or another road repair through this site.
Who do I contact to obtain a mailbox key or questions regarding the mailbox?
The US Postal Service is responsible for the clutter mailboxes located within the community. You may contact the local Post Office located at 2226 Duke St, Alexandria, VA 22314 or call (800) 275-8777 if you have lost or need a key, the box is damaged or if there has been no mail delivered in a while.
How can I reserve the Community Room?
You may reserve the community room by filling out the reservation application. You can verify if the date is available by contacting Alexander Ciccarelli at aciccarelli@sentrymgt.com.
What changes to exterior of my house need Architectural approval?
Any exterior addition or change, including color, or any alteration of any portion of the living unit, that is visible from the exterior portion, must have the approval of the Architectural Review
Committee. You may obtain the ARC Form by visiting the Sentry Management Community Portal or the Potomac Greens Website, under the Document tab.
