The Declaration, Covenants and Restrictions of the Potomac Greens Governing Documents state that any lease or rental agreement shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year.  Please refer to your Governing Documents when deciding to advertise your home for rent.  Those who are found to be in violation will receive a letter of violation from Sentry Management.   Listing your home on short term rental sites such  as Airbnb is not permitted.
