Temporary reserved parking may be issued for the following reasons: weddings, wedding receptions, funerals, wakes, parades, moving, loading and unloading, construction equipment, repairs and maintenance, city permitted events, snow removal, and other uses as deemed necessary to effectively operate within the City, including emergency security measures.
