Fellow neighbors–

After much deliberation, conferring with Sentry Management and our HOA’s attorneys, gathering info from other HOAs and gyms, and talking directly with many residents, the Board feels that it is in the best interest of the community to close the clubhouse until further notice. No residents will have access to the clubhouse, effective immediately, including the meeting room, the bathrooms, and the gym. This is not a decision we took lightly, as the gym is used by many, and in this time of uncertainty, it was an outlet that we know will be missed.

Please stay safe! Closing the gym will do no good if our residents don’t also practice social distancing, avoid large gatherings, wash their hands, and avoid other high-touch surfaces throughout the neighborhood and beyond.
