The next PG HOA Board meeting will be held on Thursday, 23 June, at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse for in-person attendance and via Microsoft Teams for those who wish to attend virtually. The Board may enter into executive session from 6:30 – 7:00 pm to discuss legal and contract matters.
Agenda items include: Committee Reports; Old Business: PYMIG, parking district update and next steps (City Staff will be in attendance to answer questions and address concerns),and stormwater pond maintenance and cleaning contract; New Business: clubhouse meeting room refresh; and Homeowners Forum.
As with all PG HOA Board meetings, all owners and residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. If you plan to attend, please RSVP via e-mail to Christie Beruete (cberuete@sentrymgt.com) to indicate whether you will attend in-person or require Microsoft Teams login information.
