As a reminder, Pro-Pave will repave the alleys shown in blue in the attached photo on August 27-28, and some work may spill over onto August 29, 2024.

Pro-Pave installed signs (see photo) at the entrances of all affected alleys (highlighted in blue) noting the alleys will be closed to all traffic during that time, and residents must remove any vehicles or other obstacles (like trash cans, basketball hoops, grills, etc.) on Monday night before the work begins Tuesday morning at 7 am. We urge residents to relocate their cars from their garage and park on the city streets to have access to their vehicles during the scheduled repaving.  Should work spill over onto August 29, residents will need to put their trash and recycling bins at their alley’s entrance.

Unfortunately, the Postal Service (USPS) will also be unable to access the blue alleys, and the USPS will suspend postal deliveries for the blue alleys until work is complete.

Pro-Pave does not anticipate any splatter on garage doors but said dust will be generated when the current paving is milled off on the first day.
