During the Board meeting on September 26, 2024, the Board of Directors approved our landscapers’ proposal to resod Rose Square because a fungal disease had significantly damaged the existing sod. Our landscapers will commence the resod on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.  They will strip off the old sod, then rototill and grade the Square.   They will then install the new sod. We will rope off Rose Square beginning Tuesday and will continue to keep the Square roped off for two weeks after the resod is complete to allow the new sod to ‘root-in.’  We ask our residents to keep children and pets off Rose Square until we remove the rope line, assuring you that this inconvenience is temporary and for the long-term benefit of our community.
