We have several maintenance/repair projects scheduled this week. These projects are crucial for maintaining the safety and aesthetics of our community. Contractors from Stoneworks, Inc. are repointing the capstones on the brick seating area in Rose Square. They anticipate the work will take 5-7 days to complete.

We have also contracted with Total Stormwater Solutions to repair and clean our stormwater facilities. We have two facilities: the detention pond at the community’s south end and a Contech vault located under Rose Square. Workers will clean debris from the pond and repair the embankment around it. Another crew will enter the vault to remove debris/sediment and replace 47 filter cartridges. The workers will begin Wednesday, April 17, 2024, and hope to complete both facilities on the same day. However, some work may spill over into Thursday.

Finally, TruGreen will arrive on Friday, April 19, 2024, and spray chemicals on our grass areas of Rose Square and the south tot lot. We recommend keeping children and pets out of these areas until noon on Saturday, April 20, 2024.
