Traffic Circle:

• Delivery of the concrete planters that will form a barrier along the east side of the remaining traffic circle has been delayed. PYC expects them to be delivered on March 25, 2020.
• The Dominion crew that removed the eastern streetlight inadvertently cut power to the remaining streetlights. Dominion crews have been working to correct the problem with the lack of electrical power to their streetlights.

Construction Status:

• Installation of the 1400 Controlled Modulus Columns that will support the weight of the new Metro station is continuing. To date, PYC has installed approximately 200 of the 1400 columns.
• Pile driving at the North entry pavilion (Potomac Yard side) is complete.
