WMATA terminated its temporary construction easement over our traffic circle, and the Board accepted the circle’s return on November 2, 2024. This past week, the Board approved several proposals to extensively replace trees and plants, correct drainage deficiencies with the center planter, and improve the irrigation system. We expect our landscapers to complete the improvements over the next several weeks. We thank you for your patience as we implement this long-awaited project.
