Resident Permit Parking Surveys Due 3/28

Dear PG residents–

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for PG residents to respond to the survey regarding the proposed residential permit parking district (RPPD) is March 28.

At this point each PG residence should have received one ballot by mail in a white business-sized envelope from the City’s Department of Transportation and Environmental Services Mobility Services Division Parking Planner. The enclosed cover letter explains the process to establish an RPPD, and the ballot includes instructions on how to complete and submit your response.

You may complete the paper ballot and return it via U.S. mail using the enclosed self-addressed envelope (which requires a stamp), the online website (also accessible by scanning the QR code on the ballot), or by returning a scanned copy via email to Max Devilliers (address below). Please note that each ballot has a survey password and a unique PIN for your address which is required for online responses.

More information is provided in these slides [City Presentation to PG HOA Board Meeting (RPPD 2-24-22], and at www.alexandriava.gov/Parking. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Max Devilliers at max.devilliers@alexandriava.gov or call 703-746-4245.

We encourage all residents to respond to the ballot survey by March 28.All best–
The PG HOA Board
