The new Metrorail station will open for passengers on May 19, 2023.  We have invited Daphne Kott, Alexandria Department of Project Implementation, and Fred Robertson, WMATA Potomac Yard Metrorail Project Manager, to attend our April 27, 2023, HOA Board meeting. They accepted our invitation, and we asked them to address the following topics:

1. The specifics and timeline for WMATA/PYC’s plan to restore the north park, wetlands, and traffic circle.

2. When and how must our residents contact WMATA to request repairs for home damage caused by Metrorail station construction, and how will WMATA adjudicate those requests?

3. When will the City repave Potomac Greens Drive and restore the wetlands trail?

Residents who wish to attend the HOA Board meeting, please RSVP via e-mail to our community manager, Christie Beruete (cberuete@sentrymgt.com), and indicate whether you will participate in person or require Microsoft Teams login information.
