The City has just shared the following information:
Dear Potomac Yard Residents and Businesses,
Potomac Yard Contractors (PYC) has been issued a noise variance for early morning placement of concrete via the Carpenter Dr. site entrance from July 6 to July 31, 2021.
Please reference and disseminate the attached notice from the project contractor Potomac Yard Constructors (PYC) regarding the work planned for this time. This notice is also posted to Potomac Yard Metrorail Station Plans and Permits.
Additional construction information, including a list of permitted and proposed before and after-hours construction dates, is available on the Potomac Yard Metrorail Station Construction webpage.
Metro service delays may occur in conjunction with WMATA Roadway construction. The City encourages residents to consult WMATA’s Planned Metrorail Track Work webpage for information on service changes prior to travel.
